Alyssa Caples

Hi folks! I am Alyssa, photographer based out of Seattle, Washington. I originally grew up in Florida, and it was there where I learned the beginnings of portrait photography in my after school "photoshoots" on my hardy Canon T3i.

These days, I focus on portraits and couples sessions, both in my studio and on-site in one of Washington's more adventurous locations. I operate knowing that my photos may land on your walls, your instagram, or even your LinkedIn, and each session receives my tender love and care.

Right now I'm offering $50 mini-sessions out of my home studio (an introductory rate while I build my portfolio, so get it while you can). If you want a couples-session or even a pet session, let me know! I would love to make that happen for you.

Outside of photography, I am outside. I love hiking, biking, skiing, and long walks in Seattle's many parks. That includes bringing my camera along or geocaching. I also run a mail club where I send out handmade bird-themed art each month.

For lots of people, getting your portrait done can be scary or awkward. No need to fear, my job is to make you feel comfortable every step and every pose along the way. I am here to capture your best self and give you photos you will love for years to come.
